Crystallized ginger is made of ginger root. Firstly, cook ginger until it turns soft, and then it is lightly coated with sugar. This candied ginger is pungent with a spicy-sweet flavor as well it is moist and chewy. Many people have it in their everyday carry bag pack. Ginger has very old history.
