For Web Orders (Online):

You can shop 24 hours a day through our website! For online web orders we accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover registered within the U.S or Canada, For check orders, we will hold your online order until your payment has reached our office. You can make a check or money order in CAD funds only, payable to Alpine Herb Company Inc. and mailed to our address:

You can also pay by using PayPal at the time of order check out.

If you are using a prepaid gift card,  then it must be registered on the card issuer’s website for us to be able to accept payment.

We do not promise that we can accept all types of gift card.

We will be only able to ship your orders after receiving full payment.

For Phone Orders:

Please, have your complete order ready along with your credit card information. Customer Service is available for phone orders +1 (416) 293-7463 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Pacific Time Monday through Friday. If you are unable to reach us, please leave us your name and telephone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Sorry, we are unable to process orders left on our voicemail system.

If you wish to order by mail, you can always write the items you wish to purchase on a separate piece of paper or you can download order form available on our website. Please, include your name, shipping address and telephone number along with what you wish to order in a clear hand writing. For mail orders we accept personal checks, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards registered within Canada or USA.

Please do not includes cash with mail order form. We are not responsible for any loss or missing order or cash.

Please allow up to 10 days for regular mail to reach our office. You may also shop online and select “Check” as your method of payment at checkout. We will hold your online order until your payment has reached our office. You can make a check or money order in CAD funds only, payable to Alpine Herb Company Inc. and mailed to our address.

For Fax Orders:

 

Please fax us your order information on a separate piece of paper including your address, telephone number, credit card information, and signature. You can always download order form available on our website.

You may also put a fax order together online. Once all the items are in your cart, simply print it out and fax it to us with the required information.

You may fax your order to (416) 412-3547. You will be contacted by one of our representatives to finalize the order before processing.

Please make sure Alpine Herb Company Inc. does not accept any unsolicited fax.

For Local Pick Up Orders:

Warehouse Pick up

If you wish to pick your order up from our warehouse, simply mention this to the customer service representative, or select this as an option in your shopping cart during checkout. 

All orders must be placed in advance. Local pickup orders do not incur shipping charges. Please allow us at least 4-5 Business days to fulfill your order. You will be receiving an Email from us once your order is ready to be picked up. 

All orders must be received by 3:00 pm Eastern Pacific Time Monday through Thursday for next-day pickup. Orders received by the cut-off time will be ready after 2:00 pm the following business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Fridays will not be available for pickup until after 3:00 pm on Tuesday. Feel free to call us to confirm if your order is ready: +1 (416) 293-7463. We will try our best to handover your package earliest possible.

Changes , Add-ins, Adjustments

If you need assistance with an order that has been submitted on our website - such as an address correction - please call us immediately on +1 (416) 293-7463.

We truly apologized for the inconvenience, but we are not able to accept any requests for changes to products or additions to submitted orders. Please review your cart carefully for order accuracy prior to submitting your order.

 

Order Cancellations

Requests for cancellations must be submitted by 3:00 pm Eastern Pacific Time on the day you submit your order, and all requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted. We are unable to cancel orders with expedited shipping. If you are unable to submit your order cancellation by the 3:00 pm deadline, you may return the parcel on your own expense after its receipt for a full and immediate product refund.
