Aleppo Pepper is also known as Armenian Pepper, Aleppo pepper that is native to Turkey and Syria. Essential in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, both to flavour dishes and to serve at the table. My pods take on a burgundy color as they ripen, which are then semi-dried, seeded and crushed. Use me for a hot oriental vibe, with fruity undertones and sweet nuances, reminiscent of cumin.le pizzas.
