The meaning of Garam masala is “Spicy & Hot”. Garam masala is an aromatic mixture of spices. A hot mixture of spices is usually made of a ground coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and pepper, used in Indian cooking. Those are the basic ingredients. In India, there are hundreds of types of garam masala available in market. Different manufacturers have different recipes and for that they are known.
